Planchette Menu (Friday Dinner)

 

Planchette, directly translated from French, means ‘small plank’. The idea behind Industrie’s Planchette Menu is a series of small dishes to share. This allows you to try a greater variety of flavour sensations. If you are having trouble choosing, please don’t hesitate to ask our friendly staff for suggestions.
